The stocking policy of Agrikon KAM Ltd. is determined mainly by the lead-time of the imported and domestic parts, the parts purchasing opportunities, and of course, the fulfilment of the customer's demands. As regards the latter, at CLAAS we have to satisfy the "Just In Sequence" system. So we have to provide the proper raw materials and commercial goods to the daily scheduled deliveries.

In general, we can say that a 30-60 days lead-time stocking is necessary to meet with the above listed tasks in terms of the raw materials and commercial goods.

Agrikon is purchasing goods from more than 200 partner companies from abroad and the number of our domestic suppliers is over 100.
